Hello and welcome to Psych Central! The best thing to do is to see what individual scores are the highest. And it is recommended that folks take their scores to a counselor. Is that a possibility for you?

From my understanding anything below 100 means you are not going through anything too horrible, but, as the FAQ says, this number really doesn't mean much. I'd focus on the major and minor concerns that appear below your score. Hope that helps a bit, and best of luck!!
