Score of 40..

I guess I am lucky lol.

Though I didn't like some of the questions at hand (seemed to subjective), I guess many of them didn't apply to me.

Hello and welcome! Yes, that is a low score. When I took it I found the drinking questions didn't relate to me because I don't drink. And the other questions deal with problems people with various diagnoses might have.

From my understanding anything below 100 means you are not going through anything too horrible, but, as the FAQ says, this number really doesn't mean much. I'd focus on the major and minor concerns that appear below your score. Hope that helps a bit, and best of luck!!

My issue as some questions didn't relate to my situation. I feel my score may of been higher i.e drug/drinking questions. Just that I got over thoughts of my old devices of coping. The odd thoughts sneak up, but I do not give into it.

Don't minimize your own struggles and path,due to a low score. I only say that because, I've been the type to dismiss my own struggles because everyone else around me, seemed to have it worse. Somewhere in 40's,, still means there's things you've got going on, to be mindful of. This taken from someone else, with a score, in the 40's.
