i've tested 3 times in the past 3 months i think 1 a month and each over 130

i was wondering if anyone shares these tools with their therapist/dr?
(i also use finding optimism app)
i find the results from the other mini tests interesting as well, are the therapists and dr interested in these things..? sometimes i feel like they arent so interested in the information i present (or maybe its just me) sort of like the information is dismissed because i am the 'sufferer' and i "don't" know or understand whats going on with me (in their eyes maybe?) atleast this is how i feel sometimes

input..?

ps: is it wrong for me to ask her to look at some of my files i have online using her computer? i dont have a printer so can't print out things..

there is nothing wrong with asking her to look but i dont think most t's put much credit into online testing. i dont know, but i doubt they are evidence based. i know my t never had an interest in them. he didnt even put credit into the psychological testing done by another t. if she is a good t, she will at least listen to your concerns about them because they are your concerns. all you can do is ask if she is willing to bring them up on her computer. take care.

thanks, yeah i didnt have the nerve to bring it up yesterday besides re-stating that i take notes and ask about journalling, she said some people journal and some dont, she preferably doesnt like journalling because she wants to focus on the right now - right now
i have a bad memory so i have to take notes to remember some things.. and she said thats pretty much all journalling is, but she seems to see in me what i want to tell her, i think she is really smart but it worries me cause i cant tell what she is thinking

i like the graphs more... they are easy to look at, quick to examine, doesnt take alot of time to read.. so i was thinking about printing the graphs out with the number names highlighed that way she wouldnt have to use the computer ( she has not once even had her computer turned on when i went in)

why cant we just prick our finger and get a bazillion results on whats wrong with us?
