Got my 3rd appointment coming up and thus far we haven't really done much of anything.
I tried out this test and answered it as honestly as possible. Have read the faq in the pinned section and it helped reassure me slightly... scored 92 overall, but with 4 major points of concern which I found a little odd (as if the 'major' points were not important or just part of usual living) Depression Disassociation Mania General coping So, the main question is should I bring this up with my T to try and get to the point a bit faster and identify if these are actual issues I'm facing (that's the biggie.. I'm not jumping to conclusions or falling into any trap of 'that's must be what's wrong')? Part of me thinks the likely response is going to be one of bemusement... but it would irritate me to have to go through multiple sessions (while paying for them) just to come to same conclusion... or have them missed completely.

My approach might be
"Dear T, based on my own research, introspection and experience of government care, I may be experiencing symptoms of x, y, and z. Are you observing the same? Why or why not?" No need exists for you to reveal the specific source(s) of your suspected problems. Quote:
