I have one serious concern- which is self esteem. But as for this site, isn't 63 good? I can't find anything that describes your number?

The number doesn't mean a lot in and of itself from what I understand. 100 I've read is "average", so 63 could be seen as "good" but personally, I'm not one to compare my number to anything because the number could mean anything really. I get low numbers but that doesn't mean I'm at a good place. It just means that for the things on this test I don't have as much going on. It's just something to give you an idea of things that might need to be looked at with your therapist for example rather than an actual science. But, someone correct me if I'm wrong on that XD
