As I figured, my issues are mostly around life coping, depression, and obsessing over things. There are two misinterpretations though. Relationships showed zero because I am not in one. I am not in one because I can't develop one due to depression so there IS a relationship problem. The second error is the BMI. It says 30, as obese, but my weight is due to muscle not fat so the BMI is useless.

The BMI isn't wrong in that a BMI of 30 for a person of medium/low activity would be considered obese. BMI is a standard way of measuring for that, and shouldn't be considered for people who have a high muscle % such as yourself. Instead, body fat % is much more relevant.
