The quiz told me what I already new to be true. If anything right now it makes me feel more helpless. I've lost my fight somewhere and don't know where to start looking. It's just too much to look at.

Hello, Total, and welcome to Psych Central! Yes, all that information at one time can be overwhelming. You might consider just looking at the highest scores.
