I think its pretty accurate with small exceptions like I quit smoking 8 months ago so smoking is off. Plus I only drink occasionally as in once or twice a month. In my early twenties I did have a really bad problem with alcohol though so its 50/50 on that one. I did suffer from anorexia in the past. I ate on average once a week, usually chicken broth with a slice of bread. Since than I have become overweight again and find it easy to slip back into not eating. It's 2 PM and I haven't eaten anything. I had a slice of pizza yesterday. My fiancee notices and will usually say something which shames me and makes me feel even more guilty about food. The PTSD I pin on my hellacious first marriage Filled with abuse (sexual, emotional, and physical) it's no wonder I fear situatios reminiscent of those days. The only part of borderline I agree with is the anger. I have rage issues. I have never been abusive towards another person, I tend to turn it into myself. |
