If I remember right my score was around 78 or something like that. I would say like some others did that the relationship questions were bad for those of us who don't have kids (no doesn't apply) or a husband.
I was happy to see that my depression score was pretty low but I could tell that it would be when I noticed how I don't have many symptoms left. I was not surprised at all by the fact that my highest score was low self-esteem--imagine that. I have known that for years.
I would also like to remind everyone that screenings will pick up the symptoms and not look at the individual person. So, I'd put more stock in your doctor and/or T's assessment rather than a on-line screening.
As for the name Sanity score-I agree that is a bad name. Insane is more of a legal term. It means that the defendent is unable to stand trial or was unable to understand that he/she was doing wrong when he/she commited the crime. It is not even a psychological term. The fact that the defendent is only one part of being insane. A person can have a mental health issue and still know what they are doing, know right from wrong and be held accountable for their actions. I know that I could not you the not guilty be reason of insanity plea. I suspect that almost every person who struggles with a mental health issue can't be classified legally as insane. I like the idea of mental health score except that these tests might be taken too seriously by some people. I have a friend that I would never drop the DSM-IV-TR nearby. So, be careful about using this information to self-diagnose yourself. Some of my classmates fall into that trap.
