Don't be scared kimimila35, having a score of 168 only means you'll be able to make even MORE progress than let's say, me and my score of 24! Because let's be frank, at 24, there's only so much I can improve anymore. You, on the contrary, have still SO MUCH you can improve. You see? With every coin comes two sides. It's up to you which side you decide to focus on but if I were you, I'd stick with the bright one, that's how I got to 24.

Enjoy the ride, it will be one wild fun adventure, if you want it to be!

What are the main things you need to work on? Don't let a number scare you. You already knew you had issues, so did the test tell you anything you don't already know?

Think of all the things you know you can do to improve your mental health. Write a list and work on taking good care of yourself! ((HUGS)) It will get better!

Hello, I received a score of 205. I have already been diagnosed with bipolar, psychosis, depression, and anxiety. 205 gives me 16 serious conditions it says. I need help
