I've had anxiety issues for years. and most of the rest are understandable. but the dissociation worries me. and the fact that there were six big concerns. >< |

Anxiety/panic and phobia often go hand-in-hand, so I wouldn't worry about that too much. Also, to avoid situations that make us anxious or afraid, we sometimes develop obsessive/compulsive behaviors; there again, might not be too much of an issue. Is your eating disorder causing you anxiety? Are you afraid of you weight? These might be connected and it might make sense. The Dissociation would both me as well. However, I think dissociation symptoms or disorders can be treated with cognitive therapy Talk to your mental health professional you work with about it if you are concerned. .

Dissociation and eating disorders go commonly together. Do You have difficulties feeling "home" in Your body, donīt ya.
