So, I did a comparison. I compared my current state of mind to when I was my sickest. I got a 55 for my current state, from what I remembered about my worst times I got a 167. Satisfied and kinda happy about this I know with Bipolar it won't always be this great but I'm pretty happy that I'm doing better than I was. It's a good reminder. I think everyone should try a comparison when they are in recovery.

For those that are struggling, it does get better.
