I feel my score of 96 is an accurate representation of my current mental health. I've been able to manage my psychiatric problems for a few years now and this quiz will definitely be a helpful resource for continuing to improve my health. The four serious concerns the quiz highlighted was life events (53), self-esteem (92), eating disorder (60) and obsessions/compulsions (88).
