87 for me. Which means I should be doing quite well and handling life okay and, "others [with the same score] feel they are doing just fine the way they are."

My goodness, I must've answered some questions wrong then. Which is possible as I tend to misinterpret the meaning of questions sometimes. I might try the test again later.

Do you feel the test was accurate? I find my score on tests like this can change based on my mood when I take it.

Hi Yzen. Yeah, I know what you mean - same here. No, I don't think my results were accurate and some of the questions made no sense or seemed to have been created by someone who hadn't really thought it through. The results of my test were trying to tell me I'm doing fine, but actually, I'm not. A member named Krow highlighted some of the issues in this forum - raised some very good points.

Have you done the test yourself Yzen? How did you go?
Thanks for this!

Yes, I looked back at my saved test and saw I got a similar score to yours, but it states "You appear to be experiencing some distress" instead of "doing just fine". I think the bar chart showing your highest areas of concern is meant to show you more than the overall score. I had high anxiety and post traumatic stress numbers which probably caused the "distress statement" but other areas are lower and made the score less.

I agree some of the questions are not easy to interpret.
Thanks for this!

Yeah, mine also says "you appear to be experiencing some distress at the moment in your life" as well, which is true, along with most of the previous moments in my life too though, but then goes on to say those other comments I mentioned about things being okay. It suggested a mental health treatment [yes, done that a few times] but overall it gave, to my mind, a fairly rosy picture. Anyway, I noticed that a lot of peoples comments in this forum say for them the test was quite encouraging and helpful, so that's good.

I don't think any score means happiness is over! People have difficulties and limitations. I think you get a lot of happiness in self acceptance and doing the best you can. Your score is only medium, not very high, but even if it was very high - it only means you have more challenges to deal with and maybe limitations that prevent you from doing some things - like maybe working - but it doesn't mean you are destined to be unhappy. I hope you will find some happiness every day.

Yes, wordshaker is right. For me, I can still find things that can bring meaning or purpose amidst the unhappiness. Which brings a kind of emotional clarity. It's difficult to explain. Anyway, keep reaching out, it'll be okay bunnyhabit.

I haven’t taken this “test” for a long time. I’ve forgotten when I took it and have no idea what the results were. Maybe I’ll take it again (Not today)
