with 3 serious concerns :mania, technology issues and obsessions/compulsions.

how "insane" i am?

who can give me some advice?

You're not insane, and unfortunately nobody here is a qualified mental health professional who can give "professional" advice.

If you think you have a problem with any of the three serious concerns, or they're causing issues for you, then talk to a doctor or a therapist/counsellor about it, because they can help

thanks for your advice.

I am a little afraid to see doctor and I think my problem is not serious. So I prefre self-help. I come here looking for supports and self-help resources, especially the experience of people who have the same problem with me.
