The quiz says I'm pretty well adjusted...so why is it I feel so damn trapped, worthless, and unlovable?

Well, the quiz isn't 100% accurate, and various factors could influence your score. (I find my score is a lot better when I'm on a good mood, for example) it's a nice tool, but it shouldn't be taken as the set in stone truth.

It's not really a quiz, it's a self-analysis of sorts and feeling "bad"/unloved, etc. is not necessarily a mental health issue :-) Everyone has those feelings at times and maybe you didn't while you were answering the questions? I love questionnaires and am "happy" when I'm taking such things, fillng out workbooks, etc. so I probably do better with their focus than when I'm just thinking in my own headspace by myself?

You got a good score, it means you are dealing with your own issues maturely and well. I believe we all have lower points - perhaps you need to work more on your self esteem and make a list of all the positive points you have... .seriously. My score is 16, imagine and I have gone through a lot in life - but still I am alone. Do you think maybe your expectation of people is too high? I know in a sense mine is... just reflecting here. Specially when it comes to a partner? Well, too much talking, just wanted to send you a small note of support....best to you, Judith
