Dear mandybeth,

The test is just a guide - not an actual diagnosis. Did any of the highlighted areas ring true with you? Your mood on the day can also affect the score.

Considering that you have found this site seems that you may have some niggling questions. (Or not).

I found when I took the test the highlighted areas were fairly accurate and I am already in therapy. Don't be scared to see a doctor or any professional as you are the one that is paying for the service. I doubt a true professional would laugh at you.

Only go to see a professional if you think you need to. I have learned a lot by asking questions in here.

Take care,

Possum

yes actually everything that was in the high area did seem very true. and most of those feelings are on a daily basis.
and about the docter laughing, i dont litteraly think he will laugh, i would just feel as if im wasting his time.
thanks.
this seems like a good place to start understanding more things
