I haven't come across information regarding the combination of herbal supplements to treat depression, anxiety, etc.

Anyone know of a good source of information on the net?

I'm not about to play mad scientist and make some toxic cocktail that will put me in the hospital. Better consult the professionals. Yes, that would be wise. I have enough troubles already.

Combinations are quite possible, but they tend to be better thought of as custom designed mixtures, based on an individual's symptoms and tolerance to the components.

I don't think you should start with a combination. One substance at a time, until you learn how it affects you.

I'll be starting with L-Theanine first. I have a supply of Niacinamide arriving from the same company a few days later.
