Does anyone have any first hand experience of this herbal supplement ? It's mean' t to increase mental alertness, improve mood and help sleep. There's a fair bit of info on the net, but I wondered if anyone had actually used it with good results. I've ordered some so I just hope it doesn't interfere with the meds I'm taking !

Just to add, I have researched more on this herb and have found it seems to be more useful for giving energy rather than sleep which is what I bought it for ! It is also supposed to help sexual energy/performance, anti-stress, anti-depressive, anti-aging and fat-burning... sounds a bit too good to be true to me ! RHODIOLA ROSEA ? HERBAL SUPPLEMENT, ANYONE TRIED IT ?
