I've heard of this natural anxiety reliever called the bach rescue remedy technique which is from what I gather a liquid form of flower extrats that apparently help relieve anxiety. I think you just put one or two drops on your tongue and it acts like a benzo? I am thinking of trying it for my anxiety but am not too sure because I am allergic to almost every tree and I know their remedy derrives from flowers so am not sure if I would be allergic to flowers if I am allergic to trees? Anyone know much about this and how effective it is?

Just wanted to add a link to a website that explains more about it for those who have never heard of it: Here's one website that talks about the effects of the different flowers: http://www.bachflower.com/Rescue_Remedy.htm And here's the original website of the founder of the bach rescue remedy and the background info on it: http://www.bachcentre.com/

some people swear by it, but the people i know who use it do not have clinical anxiety disorders.

given that you are worried about allergies, i wouldnt suggest trying it out on yourself. why not go to your doctor and talk about other possibilities?
Thanks for this!
