I cannot sleep when I really need to! I got prescribed Sleep meds for the first time but yet I couldn't get it because they wanted way too much for it! Anyone have experiences with sleep meds?? It's for my night terrors, anxiety, PTSD and Insomnia

What were you prescribed with? Did your pdoc start you off with something like hydroxyzine? If you can't afford it, ask your pdoc for a cheaper one?

Call your doctor back and request a med that has a generic. I've had to do that. My doc likes me to be on lunesta, but it is a high copay compared to other sleep meds, so he calls in something less expensive for me. I've had good luck with restoril in the past. There are quite a few for a doc to choose from.
