I've been on this for a few weeks now, and lately I have felt so light-headed and spacey. Is this meant to improve?
I just feel so disconnected.
Yes, I'm not as sleepy and can keep my eyes open mostly, but I also don't feel "real"

That's because you are more alert and more aware of your surroundings. I think it's what you should want you should probably be taking less and see how that works. I researched this med and it sounds remarkable. I don't know why it isn't used for ADHD though..

Provigil made me hallucinate and hear "voices" although they were more like whisperings; I could never tell what they were saying. This is a known side effect for some people so perhaps your feeling of the unreal is related to the dopamine effect that is purported to cause the hallucinations. Had I not experienced this sideffect I'd still be on it; it's a great drug without the crash of adderall but it can also make you uber paranoid (i.e. the voices).

I think it is starting to make me feel paranoid. I didn't take it this morning.
Yes, there is no crash, which is nice.

It's one thing to be aware of your surrounds, but I felt spacey and unnatural
