Has anyone taken Tenex for anxiety? I have read some of the side effects, but the ones I am having are not on any list, so it could just be something else.

I know that I need to talk to my NP if it's too much, but I just wanted to know what types of experiences others might have had.

Did it work for you? Did it not work?

I used to take Tenex for ADHD-related hyperactivity and impulsivity. Now I take long-acting guanfacine hcl tablets under the brand name Intuniv. I've never heard of it being used for anxiety although I can see why a doctor might prescribe it for that. Its supposed to calm you down.

Thanks for the info. Yeah, she said it was supposed to calm me down, but it isn't quite working out that way for me. I will have to talk to her.
