I have just started taking Wellbutrin and my mind is racing. Has anyone else had this symptom and will it go away as I ramp up to it? It is making it hard to concentrate.

I have been on 100mg of Wellbtrin for 5 days now. The first day I took it...my hands shook a little and that night I had a hard time getting to sleep...even tho I had taken 2 mgs. of Klonopin to help settle me down.

Meds sure do work differntly for everyone. In 2 days I will start taking 300mg. I don't know if my body will tolerate this dosage. I personally think I would be fine with the lower dosage.

In any case..it's human ginea pig time again!

Take good care!

I didn't have that problem with Wellbutrin...but Lexapro did that to me at 20 mg. My doctor started me on 150 mg of Wellbutrin for 3 days and then to 300mg. It felt like the 150 did nothing for me but when I was upped to 300 it helped a lot. Dottie is right though....meds work way differently depending on person and problem
