Call your doctor. Clearly this seroquel was working much better.

Perhaps it may take some time to get some sleep as you are going off of an anti-psychotic and onto an anti-anxiety medication which are for two totally different things. Perhaps you Doctor felt that the change was necessary due to the side effects of the Seroquil?

I would try and continue with the Klonopin and maybe your body needs to adjust some from coming off the Seroquil? If you still do not sleep past the weekend I would definitely phone your doctor or mental health assistant if you have one and report this, you may need to come down off the seroquil slowly instead of all at once. Sleep Deprivation can be as bad as Psychosis and even induce Psychosis, let us know if you have managed to get some sleep.
