Has anybody suffered side effects from the anit-malaria drug MEFLOQUINE, also known as LARIAM?

I took it while in the military and have not been the same since... I had severe reaction and have been strugging ever since.

I was wondering if there are others out there who have had similar experiences with this drug?

Welcome to the forums.

I took this drug for a short time while traveling in central America. It made me lactate and I stopped taking it.

I was warned that is can cause psychiatric problems in some individuals. The link below discusses some of the psychiatric side effects.
