Just wanted to say that in the last week I have lost 10 pounds incorporating Wii Sports into my watered down exercise program. Since you can't work out heavily on this medication (can't regulate temps properly), and you gain weght, I am finding that constant activity has helped me greatly...at least for now.

Anybody have any tricks for maintaining healthy weight on this drug?

That's great!!! CONGRATS!!!! I absolutely love my Wii Fit and it's awesome for someone like me with a bad knee, but I still want to work out, and it's got a GREAT Yoga program that I adore!!!

A friend of mine got on Seroquel, and after she started gaining a bit of weight, she incorporated the Weight Watchers points diet into her life. She doesn't go to meetings, but she's got the tools (the points slider, the book of point values, etc), and she keeps a VERY detailed food diary.

Keep up the great work, VS!!!

LOL!!! NO KIDDING!!!

My husband just laughs when I do the one where you put your legs straight up in the air, and lift your hind end up, but hold your lower back.... he laughs and I keep telling him that he's ruining my good karma... but in reality, it's my large chest that's suffocating me that's ruining my breathing for the good relaxation karma.
