i cant manage on my meds, im too drugged out, cant look after my family , am late to everything.
But off them im a mood rollercoaster rider and i cant get off!

Sodium Valporate did not help me much at all. I'm Lamotrigine now - low dose, so it's not helping much. But it's supposed to be great, especially for the depression part and the rapid cycling Bipolar

Talk to your doctor, see if you can try something else if it's not working for you?

thankyou both, i feel sometimes like its too hard to go to the doctor, too hard to do anything.
But once i feel up to it again i shall go, i feel so lazy and gutless today.
