Last night I was getting ready for bed and put all my stuff out. I chilled in front of the TV for 15 mins, then went to bed - I couldn't remember if I'd taken my Lamictin or not - so I took them again...!
100mg, which may have become 200mg.

So - is this a problem? What should I be cautious about? I slept like a log, and battled to wake up in the morning, but otherwise it seems ok...?

You'll probably be fine. 200mg is not really that big a dose.

Thanks Chris. I'm not too stressed as it is only 200mg (100mg extra) as you say - but I just feel that it still was double of what my body was used to - that's if I even took the other tablet. Grrrr - memory loss sucks!

I did that once. Had no problems whatsoever.
