((((((((((((((((((Mama))))))))))))))))))))))

I am with ya on the no insurance thing. I have actually started to ween myself down on my meds because the out of pocket is just too much. I had a rough couple of days, nausea, headaches and some sleep disturbance. I am on Effexor XR and I know that there are side effects with discontinuing medications. I would assume that this is the case. For the sleep aspect of it, you could try Tylenol PM. That works pretty well for getting to sleep and staying asleep. The sensativity to noises is pretty common with anxiety. I remember one time hubby dropped a bottle and it startled me so bad I cried. I know this is hell right now but in time I think it will deminish. Just do the basics, chamomile tea for nighttime. Warm bubble baths too. As always, I am here for ya Mama. You need me.......I will be there.

Love ya,

Jen

Seems like it's a new one every day! Withdrawals?? Last two days, it felt like someone pulled the plug on me around 2 pm. Withdrawals?? Yesterday, I pushed through it, though. Didn't dare take a nap!! Withdrawals?? Figured I could sleep pretty good but only managed 4 hours. No dreams or difficulties. Just not ENOUGH! Tonight, I'm gonna do the Tylenol PM. It's been my good friend in the past. Withdrawals?? hehehe

After I take the cat to the vet, we're gonna head over to the County Mental Health Clinic and see what they say. NOT, NOT, NOT gonna try any new meds!! It's either Celexa or nothing at all! If I think ahead, I'd rather sleep through the holidays without it. Withdrawals?? I'm way too sensitive right now as it is.

I'll make sure and bend your ear if I need it, though! Withdrawals??

Withdrawals?? {{{{{{{{{{{{Jen}}}}}}}}}}}}}} Withdrawals??

It could be hon, I felt like crap while on and off Celexa. If you are unsure you should talk to your doctor.

Just got back from the County Mental Health Clinic... what a joke!!!! I had a ream of forms to fill out, was "triaged" by a counselor, was given an appt for Nov. 3, but it will be TWO MONTHS before the doctor can see me to prescribe anything. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!! By then, we'll be back on our primary insurance, Thanksgiving and Christmas will be over ... and why did I go there again??

The counselor that triaged me did refer me to another place that MAY be a little faster, but she told me that "if I start having problems, go to the ER." If I START??? What the hell does she call the symptoms I described to her????

Hubby and I decided that to get any help from a place like that, you need to go in pale as hell, disheveled and screaming "SNAKES!!! SNAKES!!! SNAKES EVERYWHERE!!!" LMAO And then you wake up in the psych ward!! LOLOL ... Well, it was funny when hubby told it! LOL

Hmmm... wonder if you can get Celexa on the streets? They push you to that point!! Withdrawals??
