Hello Jerry,
I'm often asked about med reduction/withdrawal and typically share this kind of information with others in response: Matters to Consider When Reducing or Coming Off Medications

However, given your background, I thought I would ask if you know of any good resources as well.

I think this a an excellent guide and well prepared! I use rxlist.com a lot but it's not always consumer friendly. I think also perhaps adding the actual drug sites like www.cymbalta.com would be helpful for consumers because even though there is a section for doctors, the main point of the website is for consumers to understand the med and how it works, etc.

This is really well written - I'm going to see if I can have them put it up as as sticky in this forum. It's a great guide and covers everything really well.

Thank you for sharing!

Jerry

Thank you. If you put it in the sticky list, at least I'll know where to find it instead of having to search through the archives each time.

I've not done that previously and would probably want to check out a few such websites myself before I began recommending them to others. (The one you linked is, unfortunately, down for maintenance at the moment.) My own experience has been that... you can't necessarily trust a pharmaceutical website, particularly when it comes to anti-psychotics. I will check some out though and consider adding that to the above. Thank you for the suggestion.
