I am wondering if anyone else's mood correlates to the time of day you take your meds.
I have a job with irregular hours. Sometimes I take my morning meds at 7 a.m., and sometimes "morning" for me is 2 in the afternoon. I've noticed on the days I sleep in, like today, I feel like hammered ***** because I haven't actually taken them when I was supposed to. (It should be a victory that I take the friggin' things at all, but that's another story.) I've just felt like crap all day, really, really down, and I didn't get to take my "morning" dose of two antidepressants and an anxiolytic until about 1 p.m. Am I just weird? :-) Candy |

No - you are not weird ! Many of the meds need to stay constant in the bloodstream. If you are taking morning meds at 7 one day, and not til 2 the next day, you are possibly going thru mini withdrawal. You really might consider setting a clock on your days that you would normally sleep late, and take the 7 AM pill, and go back to sleep. For me, I notice a difference if my schedule gets off. Good luck !
