When I was going off Effexor I found something that helped - Benedryl. Even the generic kind worked. It really helped - I got the info online somewhere and just wanted to pass it on to you all. Seriously stopped the zaps.

interesting too....same as sky....can't take the benedryl.....rather have the problem that what benedryl does to me (closes down my breathing....like anaphalactic shock). Kinda creepy when a solution causes worse problems than initial problem.

Sure it will help many though.
