I was searching the board for possible withdrawal symptoms from benzos. Last night my right leg and arm were tingling and right hand was ice cold. I was a little concerned due to stroke symptoms. I was also jittery. Couldn't sleep. Then I remembered...I've been taking too many benzos for several weeks and haven't for about 3 days.

Well, I'm answering my own question here. Withdrawal: numb, weird feeling lips?

After reading some posts on this site as well as doing a little research on the web...the tingling sensation especially on the right side seems to be standard for benzo withdrawal and/or anxiety.

It's lessening some now. Plus I sit with my legs crossed in my computer chair (it was originally a lounger) and my right leg is under my left...so it could just be going to sleep.

Withdrawal symptoms usually, imo, mean that you are going off a med too fast. If you have to, you have to, but a good weaning off of a med (if you don't need it anymore) doesn't give such side effects usually?? IDK Hope you figure it out, and feel better Withdrawal: numb, weird feeling lips?
