if people can talk about doing meth, crystal and alcohol, then why can't someone talk about mixing drugs? and especially on a freaking support forum? are we here for support or what? we have a forum for drug addicts and alcoholics and i thought our drug forum was for prescription drug questions and problems.

I don't know what the rules are here. I would think that there would be some leeway to consider the effects of using drugs not exactly as prescribed, in combination, or street drugs, etc. would be reasonable things to want to talk about.

I'm on five drugs for pain. Combination of four distinct drug classes. (From different doctors, but they all know about the others.)

If there was a post cancelled, I'd like to understand exactly why it was cancelled.

We have an ENTIRE FORUM dedicated to people taking illegal drugs or taking Rx'd drugs improperly and getting extremely ill, dying, etc.

Sleeps, perhaps you should post this in Drug and Alcohol Abuse so you can get the PROPER "perspective" on what you're doing. You might not like it, since you'll probably be told that what you're doing should stop.

I am not aware of this forum here. But if there is one as such on a forum that invites guests for support , I fail to see how it is supportive to offer advise about illegal drugs. In my opinion, a forum for support could be better utilised to those that take illegal drugs to be advised to go to a rehabilitative clinic to stop the use of the drug(s), not to condone the further use of them.

Since I have not read the orginal post, I can't speak to it's contents. However, I will speak to what's been stated here.

Discussing the past use of illegal meds/drugs is NOT a crime. Discussing it does not mean condoning it. This is a mental health forum and addcition/abuse is a REAL mental health issue that is recognized.

I encourage such discussions as I feel the support can help to SAVE LIVES. There is a huge difference between condoning illegal acts and discussing drug abuse. In my opinion, drug abuse is the one subject that is excepted from the guideline "no discussion of illegal acts", as to a member seeking support/instruction/guidance. A guideline is just that. It is not a set in stone rule. This guideline wasn't intended to be an "all covering, unbreakable rule". If that were the case, we couldn't discuss something apalling we read in the newspaper that was an illegal act, to use as an example. Does that make sense?

If there's ever a question regarding a guideline, don't hesitate to ask.

Dottie and Lou if you will pay for my rehab center I will be more than happy to go but until then could I TOO receive some support on this site as you may have? Considering I have only done this twice and asked on a medical issue I doubt that rehab would work but I am willing to go if someone will pay...otherwise just like many on here who have posted on illegal drugs, self abuse, and being drunk...I too would like to be able to have a voice

Petunia, PAT, WI-Fighter,Kimmy, Lmo all thank you...I just think someone doesnt like me or is projection issues from their life to me cause I just asked a question. I asked it in here because they are not booze, meth, coke, weed, crack...etc but on drugs I KNEW Larry was familar with being one med is not made in the USA ....For those who care..yes it was from ONE med I took that is known to cause cramps.....

I wish people would not judge me and I am glad we have a forum that allows those who ARE ready to get off drugs..those who are not and those who are recreational users to seek help. In my case I was JUST trying to get some damn sleep

Lou I wish to go to Betty Ford only. It has a great sucess rate and they are known to treat people well and with dignity...MY perspective is you get what you pay for...Also, no I do not want to PM as that to me would be too secretive

Lou it just hit me when my dog kissed my face that I would also NEED a petsitter because to go away would leave them alone...I would need for to live here so they could give meds on time...my pets take meds and let the dog in and out to go potty....thank you
