I am on a low dose of zoloft. It's my third week. First I felt jittery. Now I feel tired and kind of blank and apathetic. For me depression = apathy. I was really hoping an antidepressant would give me a little more energy and interest in the world. Is it normal to have these ups and downs? Could this AD still work, even if it isn't working right now? Thanks for any advice.

I took zoloft awhile back. It took over a month before I felt it working.
