I have been on these antidepressants for nearly a year and I thought they were working. But now I just seem worse of and I have lost all hope with everything.
I am just wondering if this is the time to go back to the doctors and talk with them?

Are you seeing a psychiatrist for this? It is pretty standard practice that you would go in every couple of months for a med check with a psychiatrist. If you are using a general practitioner, it might be time to see a doctor with more expertise in working with psych meds.

probably a good idea to see the doc again. but meds arent the only answer. therapy in conjunction with medication will usually help with depression.
