Was this person having this problem as a child? Is this a child? If bedwetting has been a child related thing, there are medications that can help, one (I do not know the name) is made by Aventis, it fills in for the hormone that control bladder control until (if it is going to) the body eventually starts producing it. This is only one reason I am sure for bedwetting problems, I am not a doctor, but have heard about this med cause my husband works for the company that carries it, it is naturally a prescription medication.
If this has nothing to do with your question, please disregard my 2 cents.
Take care,

Sun - Bedwetting is an uncommon side effect. Excess salivation is sometimes an issue. You may want to get absorbant covers for under his pillowcase. If the salivation is really bad, there are treatments.

I hope that this is of some help. - Cam

thank you for yur reply. the psych says it is a side effect . i know when she goes asleep it is very had to wake her. the doc claims as her system adjusts to meds, it will be less of a problem. so i guess its a wait and see thing. she has been on several meds but this one takes the prize ! she was released from the behavior center in the evening and of course the doc was gone. i was not told what to expect. but the place will get a grievance letter from me. i am a parent that cares and i hate being treated like a dumb layman. sorry, had to get that out, thanks again and have a great day.

Oh man, that is terrible that no one informed you, I am cheering you on in regards of writing a letter, may sound corny, but "you go girl"
I only brought up my previous reply, cause I wasn't sure of what the nature of this, so I added my 2 cents of what I had learned about bedwetters (mostly males) from advertisement type stuff that is on the "freebie" writing pads from my husband's company, not his company, from where he works.
I am very sorry to hear what you and your daughter are dealing with, I will keep you in my thoughts, meanwhile here are some hugs of hope. . .
