http://www.drugs.com is neat as it allows you to check interactions between any combo of meds. either there is no report or there are many w/ minor, moderate or major interaction alerts. quite cool. had to share.

now of course, i'm not saying that you should not talk w/ your Pdoc if you have concerns w/ your med interactions & only go by this site's info. but it can be helpful.
