How are you doing memory-vise on your antidepressants? Have you got a poor memory that you never had before? Or has your bad memory gotten even worse?
I have a problem with forgetting what I am doing in the middle of doing something. I have to literally tell myself what the next step is going to be in order to actually complete the process. Even if it's one as simple as picking up a pen and scissoring a string. Not every time but often enough. Or my thoughts will just randomly stop in the middle of a word and I have to think hard to recall how the word ends and such. It's quite tiring but still very well worth the positive effects of the AD, sertraline in this case. I never had memory problems before MDD, just to clarify (other than an occasional forgotten birthday). Oh yeah, and another funny thing is having mixed up real life memories and dreams. Is it the medication or your depression doing that? Trouble focusing, with memories and completing thoughts...Sounds a lot like the depression to me.

I think it's medication. It was a lot less frequent in depression (even in the worst of it).
