what is the best time to take prozac or doesnt matter?

Two thoughts: Prozac can make some people a little edgy at first so bear that in mind. Might be a good thing to start the day.
The other thing is that I've read that the med has a very long half-life so it shouldn't make much difference what time you take it as far as efficacy.

prozac made my depression worse over about 8 weeks. Other than that I know some people its their miracle drug.

Sorry should of read the above post. I took it when I got up in the morning, then about dinner time. It all depends on how your doctor wants you to take it.

just about ANY med makes me fall asleep, even if it lifts me up. so I have to take everything at night, plus ambien.
