That was quick IT.

Other issues are clouding my experience of Cymbalta now. I wonder what my P'doc will say if I ask for more?

Still on Cymbalta. I have a runny nose. And my ears are blocked today.

SO glad that the medication has helped my depression. Wondering if a couple of bruises are from the drug or not.

I have a love-hate relationship with Cymbalta. It works and I am doing well, better than I have been in a long time, however I have to really watch what I eat to keep my weight stable. Libido is nearly zero and the worst no orgasm. I really wish they could fix that.

I have been on cymbalta for 8months, 60mg.

I have had enough of this drug already. I will ask my psychiatrist to take me off it and just put me on anti anxiety meds from now on.

Hi, IT. I figured out that the Cymbalta is the libido killer because I haven't changed any other meds in a long time. When I was on a low dose of Prozac before Cymbalta, my libido was fine, but I started needing to up the Prozac dosage for it to be effective, and it slowly killed my libido. When the Prozac pooped out and I stopped it, my libido came back, but then I started the Cymbalta, and within about a week or two it went back down again. I had the same issue when I took Cymbalta some years ago and went off of it quickly because of the libido issues. I'm hoping to stay on it for a good amount of time now, so hopefully the issues will lessen.

Why would they lessen?

I'm going off the Cymbalta because it's not doing anything for my depression.

I didn't really feel that the cymbalta was that helpful and got off it and actually felt much better once off. Does it bother anyone else besides me that all they are advertising it for now on tv is physical pain management? I don't want to be on something for pain management when I am not in any physical pain. What happens when/if some day I need something for pain management. I'm afraid that stuff like that wouldn't work then. Anyway, I got off it back in October but my depression is back and also cymbalta didn't do ANYTHING for my anxiety. Lexapro was great for my anxiety but I couldn't sleep one bit! Zoloft made me gain 10 lbs right off the bat. Don't know what to try next. Sigh.
