Hello, I was wondering if there are any over-the-counter meds that work as appetite suppressants. I am a binge eater/compulsive overeater, and I was wondering if anyone knows of anything that could help that i can get at a regular store [GNC, Walmart, Walgreens, etc].

Hey, Nicole. It's Sweet Pea. I enjoyed chatting with you the other night. Have you ever tried chromium? It helps stabilize blood sugar levels and reduces cravings. You can find it in a health food store.
