so i've been on concerta 36mg on and off (due to insurance issues) for at least a year now.
i was able to get a fill today (thanks to a county program) and took one before heading to school today. i already felt it kicking in when i got to school. i was super jittery, could not sit still in class and have been zoned out if i did anything (like randomly organizing my closet, sitting on the computer looking up something useless for around 4-5 hours). i'm aware that these are symptoms of the dose being too high, but what i don't understand is that this is the same dose i have been on for a period of time.
i don't think it's because i was inconsistent with it, because i was spacing out my last fill in order to make it last longer and was only taking it when i needed to; so basically i had 1-2 months of inconsistency. even when i was taking a dose after a 2 month break, it never really hit me this hard.

has anyone else experienced this before?? i'm just so confused..
