I am being treated for MDD, ADHD, and anxiety by pdoc with Zoloft 25mg, Vyvanse 50mg, and Xanax 1 mg. My depression is much better overall but does seem to surface in the evenings. The ADHD is well controlled. However, the anxiety is a problem, especially in the late afternoons. Overall I am sleeping better but still often wake at 4:30 AM and have a hard time getting back to sleep. Would it make sense to increase Zoloft dose, decrease Vyvanse, or add more xanax? I see pdoc Monday and will obviously ask, I just wondered what input you all might have.
Thanks
