Hi, been taking lexapro 10mng's for approx 2 1/2 wks for long term gad & depression. had been on Tofranil 75mg's but started having "intense" flushing episodes sooo was switched to lexapro. my vision is so BLURRED & have night sweats so bad i can hardly sleep let alone want to have sex. i feel dizzy, frustrated, tense with neck muscle spasms. feel sooo HOPELESS. I want to get well & feel good again. any suggestions?????

Hopeful... I was told by my doctor that the side effects generally lesson after you are on lexapro for a few months. Maybe you can ask your doc about it?
