I am battling dizziness again. Today I was at PT and the therapist had me stand against the wall and put my head back and stand straight against the wall trying to improve my posture which is one of the things we are working on. Anyway when I put my head back the room just started to spin and I felt like I was going to go down. I mentioned this to her and she said ok stop and see how that feels and then when I felt better she had me do it again and again the room started to spin again. I think part of could have been that I hadn't eaten anything yet and it was about 1:00. I just haven't been hungry today and I have dinner in the oven just because I know I should eat something not because I'm hungry. So any ideas on how to battle the dizziness?

Dizziness

Not eating regularly can make me dizzy for sure. You might try making sure you are getting plenty of water and also try nibbling on something every few hours. Handful of almonds, raisins, yogurt, fruit, vegies, a sandwich....anything that will help maintain your energy.

Try making sure you get a healthy breakfast each day, that can help a lot.

Drink water, you may be dehydrated. Could be an inner-ear problem as well. If you're concerned, check it out with a doctor. Otherwise, CedarS gave great advice for ensuring your blood sugar is at a good level.

I am seeing my doc today to see if its my ears because they have been hurting the last couple of days plus I've had a sore throat which makes me think sinuses but I'm going to have him check them out just to be sure.
