I am fairly new to Topamax. It works beautifully for migraines, so it is here to stay, but I am dizzy on it and I sure hope that this side effect will go away with time. I made a search and discovered that dizziness was reported by up to 32% of patients in clinical trials, but no mention of whether it is a permanent side effect.

I sure do not like it.
