Can these be broken in half? The tablet is not scored down the middle but it is not the extended release version.

Yes, Seroquel IR (instant release) can be split to your needs. I do this multiple times/day.

I just had my Seroquil dosage raised, and I am waking up alot
during the nite, However I am on Trazadone too.dk y?

Ok, its not the Seroquil, its the Trazadone. opposite effects. :{

Yes, I actually quarter my 25mg seroquel and take 1/4 of the pill at night. Have been doing it for years and it works wonders for me, even on that tiny dose!
