I was on 150 for the last eight months, and the past month I have noticed I start getting really bad *brain shivers* and heart palpitations/anxiety about four hours before my next pill is due. I also noticed that..well, it just didn't seem to be doing what it had in the past. This makes sense, Ive been on it for a year.

I wasn't able to get in to my doctor, so I just took an additional 75 mg as well as my 150, since that is how much my doc always increases me by anyways.

Only on day two, but already noticing a remarkable reduction in the withdrawl symptoms (hasnt happened at all!) and my mood is generally a bit better as well - less edgy!

I do still plan to see the doc to let him know, but hes away until august and I didnt care to see someone else. I knew that is what he would have done anyways - he has told me we can go up as high as 300 mg before we need to re evaluate the drug and how well its working.

I am just glad to be feeling a little more calm, less shaky, less palpitations, and ive gotten back a bit of my motivation which I was losing.

In the mean time, I thought I would check with y'all and see what you think of me doing it, considering it HAS worked (I also evaluated wether it was a dependance thing - but no, this is my first increase in eight months so)and considering I cant get into my doc.

Do you think I should go see someone at the walk in clinic just to make sure? I feel confidant about it.
